The All Ordinaries Index fell 35.3 points to end the day 0.8% lower  at 4,376.5. 
Woolworths Limited (WOW) fell 1.7% to close at $29.00 after reporting FY12 NPAT (from continuing operations) of $2.2bn, up 3.6% on the pcp. Revenue was $55.1bn, up 4.8% on the pcp.

The All Ordinaries index lost 35.1 points to end the day 0.78% lower at 4,459.4.
