Australians are the richest in the world

Australians have the world’s highest median worth and the Asia-Pacific topped Europe as the largest wealth-holding region, according to Credit Suisse Group AG. (CSGN).  The Credit Suisse Global Wealth report 2012, which measured the wealth of 4.6 billion adults globally.

Plan B Wealth Management, the Perth-based dealer group, has added two new advisors to its growing team.
 
Des Luplau and Scott Harvey join from Horizon Investment Solutions and Candor Financial Management, respectively. Luplau brings over 25 years of financial servicse experience to his new role and previously worked for AE Hoskins and Westpac Financial Planning. Harvey used to be financial advisor and group financial controller. 
 

Guardian Wealth Management To Move To New UK Headquarters

Guardian Wealth Management is to launch new Cardiff headquarters this autumn in a move aimed at furthering its expansion plans for the UK, which are particularly focused on financial planning services.
 
The new head office, which will officially open on 1 September, will be led by recently-appointed UK managing director Marlene Shalton.

Facebook Inc.’s co-founder and chief executive officer, is no longer one of the world’s 40 richest people on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. The 28-year-old’s fortune fell to $14.7 billion yesterday from $16.2 billion on May 25, as shares of the world’s largest social-networking company dropped 9.6 percent to $28.84.
